Echo - How Do I Opt Back In A Patient To Texts?
If a patient opts themselves out, the patient will have to text back “START” to the number you are using in Echo. This will allow them to receive messages again.
“Blocked” vs. “Opted Out Products”
Blocking is for inbound/income messages only. If you toggle on block, you will not get any messages from the contact.
The Opted Out Products is used for outbound automated messages only. So, if a specific opt-out is toggled on, the contact won’t get those messages.
