Echo - Reviews: Public Reviews

The top section displays aggregate review metrics for Google and Facebook. For continual monitoring of these sites you must connect the practices accounts in the “Location Details” tab.

Using the filters to the left, you have the ability to sort the data to your liking.

You’re also able to respond to Google reviews. Simply click the “Respond” button next to any review. Enter your response and click “Submit”.
