Echo - Reviews: Overview
Public Review Sites will display aggregate review metrics for Google and Facebook.
Recent Reviews will display the most recent reviews from Google and Facebook. It’s important to keep in mind that for continual monitoring of these review sites, you must connect the practice accounts in the “Location Details” tab.
Patient Feedback will display the number of patients that elected to leave direct feedback rather than visiting a review site. You can read this feedback in the “Feedback & Requests” section.
Request Activity displays a graph of review of review request activity for the month to date.
The Quick Send section gives you the ability to manually send a review request to a single patient by entering a name and number as well as a couple options to send multiple messages at once, including uploading a spreadsheet.
