Echo - Flagging System

In the inbox, you are able to flag messages.

By hovering over a conversation, a flag outline will appear and when you click into it you will be able to choose from a variety of colors.
This allows you to designate the flag colors however you see fit.

Some offices decide to designate a flag color to each employee so they can see who is handling the conversation.
Another way to use it, is to designate a color to a type of service offered. For example, purple = chiropractic, orange = massage, etc.

You are also able to filter by flagged messages in the inbox:
