Echo - How To Turn On/Off An Automated Reminder

To activate or deactivate an automated reminder, follow the directions below.

  1. Go to “Templates”.
  2. Depending on what automated reminder you want to edit, you will click into one of the following: “Appointments”, “Patient Recall”, or “Reviews”.

3. For this example, we are going to turn ON the 1 day before appointment reminder. So, we would click into “Appointments” and then find that template.

4. To turn on the reminder, select the desired contact method and press save:

Once saved, the reminder is activated.

To deactivate the reminder, you would just uncheck the box and press save.
