Echo - How to Send a Broadcast Message
To send a broadcast message, follow these steps:
1. Click “Inbox”
2. Click “Broadcast”

3. Choose which option best suits your need “From Schedule”, “From Existing Contacts”, and “Uploading a Contact List”
- From Schedule: Best for reaching your active patients or sending out an emergency closure text.
- From Existing Contacts: You can only select one patient at a time, so this is helpful for reaching smaller groups of random patients.
- Uploading a Contact List: If you need to reach patients outside of the from schedule option, you will need to obtain a contact list from your EHR and upload it here.
4. Once you pick one, fill out the information required and send out the message
